This notice applies only to information collected through TBGA's website and related digital communications. It does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, or services that TBGA may link to.

  • Name and email address when you sign up for newsletters or updates

Payment information

If you choose to make a donation or other payment through the website, payment processing may be handled by a third-party provider such as Stripe. TBGA does not store full payment card numbers on its own systems. We may receive limited transaction and contact details needed to confirm and administer the payment.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting providers and technical service providers may automatically collect limited information when you visit the site.

  • IP address and basic location inferred from it
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Referring page, pages viewed, and visit timestamps
  • Diagnostic, performance, and security information used to operate the site

Information we do not intend to collect

TBGA does not ask website visitors to submit sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, government-issued identification numbers, financial account login credentials, or health information through the public site. Please do not send that type of information through the website unless TBGA specifically requests it through a secure and authorized process.

No website, network, or method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. For that reason, TBGA cannot guarantee absolute security.

TBGA does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Based on the website's current configuration, TBGA also does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. TBGA's website is not directed to children under 13, and TBGA does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the public site.
